• Jayita Patwari, SRF, has received the ACS best poster award out of 135 posters in the I2CAM-JNCASR school on Clean and Renewable Energy Technologies via Chemical Route.
• Dr. Jaivardhan Sinha from the group of Prof. Anjan Barman won the Best Poster Award in the "Emerging Trends in the Surface, Interfaces and Nanostructures", Kolkata, 24-25 November, 2017.
• Avinash Kumar Chaurasiya from the group of Prof. Anjan Barman won the Best Poster Award in the International Symposium on Integrated Functionalities ( ISIF ) 2017 Conference, New Delhi, held during 10-13 December, 2017.

Events

“HyPe-2017: a discussion meeting on hybrid perovskites” has been organized during December 14 - 15, 2017.

The area of hybrid perovskites (HyPe) is an emerging area in photovoltaics where recently it has been shown that efficiencies comparable with the existing semiconductor technologies have been achieved in a short time. The purpose of this meeting is to bring together experts on this topic, primarily within the country, working on various aspects of these materials.
